Yes we can produce a mock-up for size and style only – the first three we do not charge for, after that we charge £5 per sample.  We work hard to get you samples within 48 hours but can do better if required.

Yes of course we can.  With our highly skilled sales and technical teams we can offer a full technical and design service along with samples, so if you are unsure how you would like to package your product please ask us.  Indeed our in-house technical and development team will expertly lead you from the initial consultation right through to the final product making sure that the cases fit the design and aesthetic brief exactly and work seamlessly on your production lines.

Yes, Rigid can hold stock of agreed lines to ensure that you have your most popular products available for next day call off.

Rigid will deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland and even further afield. Some areas may incur an additional transport charge depending on location and size of order.

Yes we will levy a reasonable transport charge for these services.

The answer is yes but we are flexible in how this is achieved. The most common method is to invoice at origination but for contracted customers we can amortise in the price of the case over a one-year period.

Again we are very flexible but typically ex-stock is next day, repeat orders are day one for day three and initial orders take between three and five days depending on the complexity of the product. However we will try to improve on this if there is an emergency.

Prices for standard designs should be turned around the same day. More complex designs in two to three days.  However if you need them quicker we will try to improve on this.

Yes, corrugated can be made from 100% recycled material and is also recyclable.
