Union visit to Desborough

On Friday 26^th June 2015, a group of full time and employee union representatives from our Limerick site visited Desborough. The purpose of the visit was to build strong relationships between the UK and Ireland sites and to introduce the group to the Desborough factory, team leaders, GMB union representatives and production staff.

During the visit, the group met with team leaders to discuss some of the improvement projects that have taken place at Desborough and the involvement of production employees in these initiatives.

A full tour of the Desborough facility was included for the visitors, including detailed visits to the design centre, customer service department and administration offices. Everyone agreed the visit was a great success and helped to strengthen our relations with our colleagues from Limerick.
